How to Create a Digital Signature and How to Scan TTD in Ms.Word With Smartphone :RadarDetik

If you often do digital signatures periodically, the way to create a TTD signature is to scan the signature. The digital signature is a TTD that has been scanned into PDF / jpg file format, so it will be easy to use in the future when needed.

So, if you already have a scan of a signature that has been stored in the form of an image or PDF, you can use it repeatedly, both used in Microsoft word and Ms. Excel documents and other contract documents.

Then, how to scan signatures easily? either through a smartphone or how to make TTD manually from paper, then we scan it using a scanner. If you are still confused, here I describe 6 easy steps on how to create a digital signature / signature

6 EASY STEPS HOW TO CREATE A DIGITAL TTD SIGNATURE / SCAN

MAKE A SIGNATURE ON PAPER

The first step, you have to create a signature on a piece of portfolio paper, try to make a TTD that is larger than usual, because when scanned later, it is likely that the results will shrink. It would be nice to create several signatures at once, so that you have many of the most suitable options.

SCAN YOUR SIGNATURE

After you create a signature on paper, then scan it using a scanner or smartphone, and save it in the form of a DPI/ppg file, it can also be in PDF format. I recommend using a special scanner, so that the result is clearer and nicer.

Images scanned using DPI 600 will produce clearer quality, so that your signature looks original and of high quality.

CUT OUT THE SCANNED SIGNATURE

After the scan/scanner is complete, then all you need to do is crop it/crop the image, so that only the signature will be visible. Don’t forget to save it.

You may also need to adjust and move the signature so that it aligns with the horizontal signature line.

CHANGE THE SIGNATURE BACKGROUND TO TRANSPARENT

Once you’ve trimmed the signature image, you can save it in a new document with a transparent background. You can edit image files with Photoshop/online tools to change the background to transparent and to remove the white color that is still present in the document.

SAVE FILE AS PNG

Next, save the file in PNG format, because png is basically better than jpg, because it has a better quality and is easy to apply/paste into all esignature document files.

USE SIGNATURES ON CONTRACTS AND DOCUMENTS

Now, once you have saved the scanned digital signature, it will always be available for you to upload to the contract and other documents. This will help you sign documents and close transactions faster.

Some people also like to add scanned digital signatures to their email signatures for a more personal touch. Make sure you send some test emails so you know how they look the way you want them to look.
